Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds We want you to be happy with your order. Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
